3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to PrintManager Pro requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration.

5.2 Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Payment must be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dzined Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dzined Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dzined Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms of Use.

12. Modifications to Terms
